The 800 litre brew house was imported from Diversified Mechanical Engineering in Canada. The fermentation side consists of three fermenters with a total capacity of 3200 litres. Four serving tanks are located in a cold room adjacent to the bar area - the beer is then dispensed directly through the beer taps.
